We are searching for a Health & Benefits Team Leader - #7423.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily management of team of 15-20 processors, administrators. analysts and subject matter experts
Manage and distribute workloads
Main point of contact for client escalated issues
Train and develop on new features and products
Supervise attendance, performance and discipline
Recruit and train new Associates
Extensive client contact

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years experience as either a Health and Welfare Analyst or 1-2 years experience as a Team Leader
Expereince with client implementation
Strong mathematical aptitude
Strong supervisory experience
Must have strong oral/interpersonal/written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office products including MS Project
