Client Support and liaison with carriers. Including client and vendor presentations. Assist in preparation and analysis for proposals (RFP's). Provide plan implementation and other customer support services. Assist with research and preparation for reports and proposals. Assist with sales and marketing. Use Aon's proprietary analytical tools and resources. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to meet team and client deliverables. Must be able to travel to meeting/benefit fairs.Skills Required:
Project management skills. Review contract booklets and SPD's. Analyze carrier utilization reports, claims data and trends. Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA and other compliance provisions. MS office skills. Communication skills. Solutions-oriented team player. Work with high level of interest, energy and enthusiasm to meet and exceed client expectations. Demonstrate high level of integrity and honesty in interactions with clients, carriers and staff.Experience:
2+ years experience with brokerage firm, consulting firm or in Human Resources with emphasis on healthcare, life and disability products.Education:
