Elgin Community College seeks a creative, innovative and self motivated individual to coordinate its exempt/non-exempt employee recruitment and staffing. Position responsibilities encompass the full-cycle of a recruitment and selection process that encourages diversity and is compliant with EEO regulations. The candidate selected for this position will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Business, Marketing or a related field and two years of exempt/nonexempt recruitment experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual (Spanish) skills, PHR certification, previous experience with academic recruitment, compensation and automated applicant tracking systems are preferred. Salary Range: $43,714-$51,802. Salary is commensurate based upon education and experience.
