HUMAN RESOURCES/OFFICE MANAGER
Target Engineering, specializes in providing construction management, professional engineering and construction inspection services throughout the state of Florida. This position will work from our Miami Headquarters. Target Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer. HUMAN RESOURCES/OFFICE MANAGER Target Engineering offers a challenging opportunity for a Human Resources/Office Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience and prior knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources. This position requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential to this position. Successful candidate will carry out responsibilities in the functional areas of: general office management, record keeping, benefits administration, employee relations, training, and other generalist human resources duties. Specific duties and responsibilities may include: benefits administration; maintaining federal and state legal compliance with regard to employment; assist with organizational training and development efforts; all personnel-related record keeping/HRIS maintenance; making recommendations to management based on research and analysis regarding benefits, compensation, and employee relations issues; working closely with payroll to coordinate and process employment status changes to ensure smooth, accurate payroll; fleet management; and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related discipline is desired. Strong knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations is required, as is the ability to objectively coach employees through complex issues and make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
