We need a hands-on, self-starter to oversee all HR functions including staffing, benefits, safety, training and development, conflict resolution, policy and procedures, regulatory compliance. Must be able to communicate in Spanish, have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task in fast pace environment, 3-5 years minimum. experience and Bachelors preferred.
