Entrepreneurial, sales driven organization is ramping up its administrative infrastructure and needs seasoned Human Resources professionals to come on board!

Specifically at one of our locations in the Chicagoland area, we need an "I can immediately hit the ground running" Director of Human Resources.

Critical employee relations support with clients at headquarters and in field locations
Sharp, thorough and insightful investigation skills
Vital employment law compliance work
Consistent performance management aligned with company objectives, setting up employees for success
Dynamic training to meet unique needs of organization
REQUIREMENTS
To apply you must have:
Bachelors’ Degree
Minimum of 15 years in Human Resources with 5 years experience in HR management
Be a great communicator and influencer; by phone, via e/mail or in person
An ability to juggle A LOT of balls (without letting any drop!)
