Recruiting:
You must possess 2+ years of nurse/hospital recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and high energy are essential for interface with everyone from students to candidates to leadership.

Compensation:
Compensation professional with solid background in healthcare salary programs. Must have solid experience in HRIS and be a top-notch project manager.

Generalist:
Must have the ability to both counsel employees and coach management, with a strong background in all HR functional areas. Excellent communication skills essential.
