Designs and administers human resources services, programs, and processes to develop and retain qualified salaried professionals in meeting the business requirements of the company.
Recruits, interviews, and refers internal and external candidates to fill salaried exempt/nonexempt staffing requests.
Coordinates the orientation of new and reassigned employees. Counsels managers/team leaders in the areas of employee motivation, corrective action and training/development In coordination with LNA Benefits function, may assist with the enrollment and delivery of employee benefits for salaried workforce and retirees, as well as promoting company efforts in the area of wellness.Administers salary administration program, and maintains positive employee relations with salaried workforceAdminister company’s affirmative action plan.
Ensures the documentation and maintenance of all salaried employee personnel recordsDay-to-day policy development and administration Oversees all areas of human resources related to the salaried workforce, to assure that all federal, state, and local regulations are complied with.Please send resume or call:

REQUIREMENTS
Skills/CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with company leadership, professionals, and office support staff; thorough working knowledge of human resources, employee relations/development, labor and employment law, benefits, and staffing. Must be resourceful and able to work independently to accomplish goals.EducationBachelors degree in Human Resources or related fieldExperience2-4 years experience in Human Resources Generalist/Management role in a manufacturing setting.This is a not a senior level position. Perfect for someone with a few years of HR. The position reports to the Director of HR.
