HRMS TECHINCAL SPECIALIST

Erickson Communities, a rapidly growing multi-site leader in developing and managing senior campus-style communities, is seeking a HRMS Technical Specialist to provide daily support to ensure a successful Human Resources Management System.

This position is responsible for the overall help desk services function, end user training programs for the HRMS system, testing new enhancements and modifications to the HRMS system, HRMS user security, and the HRMS intranet page; ensuring compliance with company rules, standards & data integrity for employment related HR transactions; serving as a champion of HRMS Technology for company-wide application development, end user support and application training; developing and delivering effective business reporting tools; creating and maintaining employee data records in HRIS; resolving various issues related to employee data and personnel actions with minimal direction; Advising and trains human resources staff members on HRIS; performing audits, writing reports, and recommending process improvements. Assisting with mass change processing and training HRIS Coordinators.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires an AA/AS degree in computer related field plus two years relevant experience; BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position.
