Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Human ResourcesResponsibilities: Provide HR leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource responsibilities in support of the Global Parts group. This position supports one senior client manager and organizations consisting of over 300 employees. The position is based in Waukesha, WI and reports to the HRM, Global Services. Major duties include: Lead and initiate innovative HR programs, processes and practices such as Session C, salary planning, organizational effectiveness, employee coaching, recruiting, training, communication, performance management and consultation to primary client managers. Support global initiatives by partnering with global HR staff to leverage talent across entire organization.~HJ~~NW~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in business, HR or related discipline * 3-5+ years of HR generalist/leadership experience * Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment and effectively interface with high-level leaders. * Strong Business Acumen * Proven communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
