HR Transactions Analyst
The position of Transactions Analyst reviews and approves employee transactions for Company business units. This will involve ensuring that company policies and practices are followed and verifying appropriate levels of approvals; coordinating efforts with business units management and/or other points of contact to resolve questions/concerns; and assisting business units with interpretation and understanding of HR policies. A successful candidate will also utilize independent judgment to determine if employee actions are appropriate and seek guidance from HR management team when necessary; coordinate efforts with other internal departments and work on special projects as assigned.
