These services are focused on developing and implementing strategy with clients to fill professional vacancies with quality candidates, in a timely manner. This will include, in addition to other positions, handling the recruitment of highly visible positions within the organization. Responsibilities also include, in consultation with client groups, providing proactive solutions to staffing issues. Also, sourcing potential job candidates using all available standard methodologies and investigating alternative, creative souring techniques to meet the needs of assigned client groups. Guiding efforts to meet affirmative action plans goals and maintain compliance with employment laws and Company policies is also part of the position responsibilities.The Staffing Partner will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle. Duties include but not limited to: Performs recruiting functions, which include identifying potential candidates through our applicant tracking systems. Screens candidates, refers candidates to the appropriate managers, follows up on interviews with managers and applicants, and assists managers in hiring candidates or notifying candidates if not selected. Interfaces with all levels of Siemens management to define position requirements; develops recruiting plan and strategies; coordinates interviewing schedules; and provides guidance on salary, interviewing, relocation, and related personnel issues. Interfaces with employment agencies and other third party referral services. Develops sourcing strategies to generate a steady flow of applicants by developing searches based upon job requirements. Sells Siemens and the job opportunity to the candidate, presenting an accurate and professional impression. Ensures that new hire paperwork is processed and that EEO/AAP statistics are tracked. Leads staffing related projects as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. 5+ years of Recruitment experience. Experience in a Corporate setting is required Requires excellent verbal communication, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. Compensation:There is assistance available for relocation.
