HR Specialist

Human Resources SpecialistDel Taco is currently looking for an HR Specialist will play a key role within the HR team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years HR Administrative experience in either a large or a small company and will be looking for an opportunity to continue to grow in the field of Human Resources. This position offers an opportunity both to streamline existing processes and create new ones.• Primary interface with Payroll Department
• Benefits liaison with employees, broker and providers• Oversee and coordinate benefit enrollments and terminations• Employee Relations support: Answers policy clarification questions• Recruiting support for Area Directors• Creates and maintains employee electronic and paper files• Creates orientation packets and coordinates new hire orientations
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience:• 3 years HR Administrative Experience (benefits, HRIS, general HR support)• Excellent verbal and written communications skillsand streamline processes in an HR environment• Customer-Focused and responsive• Aptitude for detail-oriented work; strives for a high degree of accuracy• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and work independently• Demonstrated understanding of basic HR operations and legal issues• Proven skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook• Human Resources Certificate preferred• Bilingual a plusIf you would like to apply, please send your resume and a cover letter to [Click here for email].
