Description: Hughes Christensen, the most innovative and technically advanced drill bit manufacturer in the world, currently has an opening for a Human Resources Representative position located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will provide HR generalist support to Worldwide Manufacturing Teams, both within the US and abroad. This position reports to the Worldwide Mfg HR Manager.Responsibilities:
Under general supervision works with managers to handle day to day administration of policies and programs covering areas which may include recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, and personnel research. May assist in policy development. May participate in cross-divisional HR teams. May communicate HR related programs to managers and employees. Handles special projects, as assigned.Posted: 8/31/2006
