REQUIREMENTS
Core Responsibilities:
Manages the Talent Engagement function that encompasses employee relations (coaching and counseling) and total rewards (compensation, benefits, and work/life programs).
Establishes and nurtures key strategic relationships with senior management, while developing solid working relationships with managers at all levels in the organization.
Consults with business and supporting unit managers to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.Working in partnership with these managers, develops strategies that are measurable and specific.
Participates in the development of performance management and succession planning strategies that result in achieving retention objectives.
Directly supervises a staff of three.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) with proven results in the areas of employee relations, total rewards, and retention.
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities required
Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence others toward a win-win solution
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated commitment to excellence and continuous learning
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; PHR/SPHR designation desired
