HR Generalist with pharmaceutical or regulated industry experien

Our client, a global pharmaceutical leader, is seeking an HR generalist. The ideal candidate must have the following criteria:'At least 5-10 years overall HR generalist experience
'Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical preferred; other ideal industries include medical device, defense, and specialty chemical)
'Experience with manufacturing groups
'Non-union experience
'BA/BS degreeJob Responsibilities:1.Manages all HR-related activities and programs within the assigned small to medium-size facility or group of locations.2.Develops and advocates new programs and directs their implementation upon approval.3.Interfaces with management at all levels in order to understand and address any HR-related areas of concern.4.Directs the development of HR policies as needed.5.Participates in strategic cross-functional project teams to address and implement corporate policies and processes.
6.Works with outside staffing and placement agencies.
