HR Generalist, Tennessee

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist HR Manager in managing all aspects of the Human Resources function and continue to create, develop, and implement a wide range of programs to support a participative team based environment. Reports directly to Human Resource Manager. Responsibilities include:

Manage and coordinate all staffing functions of the facility. Includes serving as Coordinator for Targeted Selection Taskforce

Develop, implement, and manage plant learning system strategies. The plant utilizes a Goal Oriented Learning System.

Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies throughout the plant.

Provide coaching and leadership to team members to properly manager team and individual performance issues.

Develop/administer training programs based on skills/needs assessment for Coordination Team Members.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree required

Must have relevant experience in the Human Resource arena, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

5 years experience in a Human Resource role.
