From high-tech development sales and service to financial accounting, to challenging information technology and upper-level management, our team-oriented philosophy includes more than 20,000 employees throughout the world.Job Description: Provide the Phoenix Call Center HR support in areas such as PeopleSoft reporting, data updates and auditing, management compensation, performance evaluations, and policy and procedure management. Provide employee relations support to managers/employees, e.g., conduct complaint and compliance investigations, develop/suggest documentation, coach managers in employee conflict management, counsel employees toward problem resolution, etc. Will help conduct new hire orientations. Assist in coordinating leaves of absence, disabilities, Family Medical Leaves with employees and management. Coordinate employee benefit information with corporate benefit department. Conduct employee and management training meetings on company policies and procedures. Coordinate special projects as assigned.Minimum Annual Pay: $42,000.00
Minimum Hourly Pay: $20.19There is no relocation package offered for this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:BS in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent training/work experience.Experience:2 to 4 years in a Human Resource position with exposure to different HR functions such as compensation, benefits and employee relations. Ability to multi-task. Comfortable advising management on HR policies and procedures. Ability to execute internal investigations. Ability to supply or gather information concisely without loss of detail. Able to compile and prepare reports. Ability to isolate concerns or issues through effective questioning. Comfortable leading, coaching, negotiating and influencing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Word and Excel.Qualifications:3 - 5 years HR Generalist experience working for a fast paced, telecommunications, call center and/or retail based organization. Advanced knowledge of HR systems, legal compliance, and ability to perform across multiple HR areas. Experience in HR investigations and employee relations. Minimum Requirements: College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
