HR Generalist

K. Hovnanian of Northern California seeks an HR Generalist to join our Central Valley team in Modesto. In this role you will support Company and regional goals by planning and executing various HR initiatives. You will manage day to day hiring processes, communicate with Associates and Department Managers, conduct exit interviews and lead orientation presentations. Ability to effectively assess and resolve issues affecting Associate morale or productivity.A related bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience is required. Strong analytical, technical and employee relations skills are required along with a basic knowledge of employment law.
