HR Director

Oversee all HR functions (recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations) at this 150+ bed acute care hospital. Client will ONLY consider candidates who have CURRENT ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL HR EXPERIENCE. Prefer degreed professional with SHRM certification and 3 years of Director level experience. Must have union (five collective bargaining units) experience. Job located one hour from Portland.
