HR Communications Manager

Essential Functions: This position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing Human Resources divisional and enterprise-wide human capital communication strategies and initiatives; collaborating with Human Resources functional areas to create and manage processes to communicate employee focused company-wide programs, e.g., benefits & rewards, development, leadership, etc.; promoting the HCSC employment brand through initiatives communicating and reinforcing the enterprise vision and Human Resources value proposition to current and future employees; supporting execution of communication components of Business Integration and Shared Services activities; and, leading the Human Resources divisional relationship with Corporate Communication to ensure effective, timely and efficient delivery of all enterprise employee communication.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
1) Bachelor Degree in Communication, Journalism or related area; 2) eight years professional experience designing, implementing and managing Human Resources or employee-focused communication initiatives; 3) demonstrated experience developing and implementing employee and organization communication strategies producing measurable improvements in, e.g., employee engagement, productivity, etc.; 4) strong organization, planning and project management skills; 5) effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; 6) Consultation, negotiation and collaboration skills, including experience working with senior level management and leading cross-functional teams; 7) proficiency in MS Office applications.*Preferred Skills: N/A
