Pro Staff, one of the largest privately owned staffing companies, currently has an opening for a Group Managing Director supporting our Perimeter and Marietta, GA offices. This is an exciting management position within Pro Staff! We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated leader to oversee multiple branch offices and continue our tradition of Lasting Greatness. In this role, you will provide inspirational leadership using Pro Staff’s anchors as the foundation for making exceptional business decisions. We are looking for an experienced, results driven sales leader to penetrate large accounts and capture new business. This position is responsible for setting and achieving business goals in regards to revenue growth, gross profit margins, and market share. You will play an active role in sales activity by engaging in cold calls, discovering staffing needs, and closing business interactions. You will mentor the sales team and develop the staff by training, coaching, evaluating performance for continuous improvement.

To be considered for this position, a minimum of three years experience in staffing or a related industry is required. A minimum of three years sales experience preferably selling services and/or solutions. A minimum of three years management or supervisory experience is required. Experience managing multiple offices or branches is strongly preferred. Ability to effectively lead and build a successful team including performance measurement and feedback. Strong motivation and enthusiasm for selling services and solutions is a must. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain business/client relationships through effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation. Working knowledge of business strategy, industry practices, and local market conditions. We are looking for candidates that have the passion and belief that Pro Staff is known for.
