Employment Sales Supervisor

·Coach, train and mentor the employment contract representatives to achieve revenue goals. These goals will be achieved by selling into a variety of products including, niche, on-line and special sections. Outbound calling will be critical in an effort to secure new business. The Value Selling process will play an integral role in achieving our goals.
·Achieve CRM goals by coaching the sales team to effectively utilize the database. This includes consistent monitoring and feedback sessions to ensure outbound follow up calls are being made, contacts are being captured and updated, sales pieces are being sent timely, etc. In addition, communication calendars and marketing sales pieces should be updated and/or created on a regular basis.
·Work with the Classified Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to overcome losses and increase revenue in specific segments.
REQUIREMENTS
1.College degree in Advertising or Marketing or related field of study and minimum 1 year proven sales management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and oral communication skills along with good planning, organizational and sales management skills are required. Experience in on-line sales and marketing is helpful.
2.Typing 40 wpm and Word, Excel, Outlook experience and Internet knowledge required.
