Employment/Online Account Executive

·Achieve Employment Online revenue goals by selling the array of Careerbuilder products. Goals will be achieved through targeted written presentations, a minimum of 4 per week. A minimum of 20 outside business calls will be completed weekly with a 10% closing ratio.
·Work closely with ad assistants to insure postings are effectively written for the client. Ways to streamline the process should always be top of mind. Account Executives will spot check a minimum of 10 postings per week to make sure that the employer has effectively used the product. In addition, the rep should use this opportunity to upsell brand builders, resume database, etc.
·Conduct monthly roundtable discussions that will last approximately 1 hour. The discussion will consist of recent trends online; industry changes; objections; traffic and any other topics that may arise. Contribute to every recruitment team meeting bringing relevant sales-related information, sharing success stories, and answering product and/or client questions.
·Work with corporate, Careerbuilder and the Online department as a liaison for new product development.
·Establish an online media area within the call center stocked with rate card information, product one-sheets, current traffic data and relevant sales collateral for use by inside and outside sales reps.
·Establish a daily regimen of monitoring competitor web sites and calling new listing for the purpose of selling companion and or/supplementary products within careerbuilder.
REQUIREMENTS
1.College degree or equivalent 2 years media experience including online sales experience. Knowledge of all ability to sell against online competitors is essential; knowledge of the recruitment industry a plus.
2.Strong computer skills, MS Office, specifically Word, Powerpoint. Strong presentation skills. Basic understanding of how the Internet works and the ability to explain as needed to staff and prospective customers.
