Employment Law Associate

EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEYA Sacramento law firm is looking for an Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience for its Employment and Benefits practice group.
It is preferable that candidates have a strong working knowledge of discrimination and sexual harassment law and federal and state wage and hour law. The attorney will be working on assignments such as litigation, employer counseling, and the drafting of agreements and policies.
Associate salaries are based on the attorney's years of experience, and the annual bonus depends on productivity and/or performance.
All candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and a license to practice law in California.
