Based in San Francisco, you will grow into a director level role as you become the primary point of contact for employee relations issues. REQUIREMENTS
As an employee relations coach and mentor you will improve the performance and efficiency of our workforce while developing and maintaining open lines of communication with management and employees. Your strong generalist background will allow you to be hands-on with a variety of human resource issues, from compensation and merit programs to conflict resolution, as you work autonomously in departments across the organization. You will be a consultant to management and your creativity will allow you to solve unique and complex employment issues as you help guide the change in our corporate culture during this time of drastic growth.
