EAP Case Managers
Prestigious company seeks case managers (FT, permanent) to provide EAP and assessments by phone. Positions are in a call center that receives calls from employees, family members and customers who are experiencing personal or work-related difficulties. Successful candidates must have a masters degree in a mental health or related discipline, including social work, education, counseling, psychology, gerontology, etc. Our client prefers that candidates be licensed in the mental health field, but licensure is not required!
Core duties include conducting needs assessments on callers and triaging them to services, such as childcare, parenting, eldercare, education, legal, financial, emotional, addiction, workplace issues, etc. Case documentation, excellent customer service, case follow-up, and quality assurance contacts round out the job duties. All work is done by telephone and documentation is computerized. Applicants must be computer literate and have good typing skills. Experience in core service areas of mental health, child development and parenting, adoption, services for older adults, etc., is required.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree plus tow years post-master's experience.
Military/military spouse/veterans affairs experience preferred
