Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager capable of leading and directing the continued growth of our dynamic team in our southeast division. Qualified Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure quality standards are met. Candidates must be able to travel weekly and some weekends adapting to frequent schedule changes based on client needs and must have reliable transportation. The southeast division includes Georgia, Florida, South carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi.
This position has a starting base salary from $35K to $38K and includes an up front per diem for all travel, a monthly car allowance, and a cell phone allowance.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Employee Training and Instruction for each Reset
Training of New Store and Remerch Project Managers
Quality Control Verifying Work Conformity to Company Standards
Quality Assurance after Set and Reset Completion
Scheduling of Staff
Interfacing with Client’s Store Managers and Division Managers
Communication With Field Personnel
Input and Transmittal of all Expense Reports
Verification of Completion Information and Transmittal of Paperwork
Daily Field Problem Resolution
