Director of Recruitment - Kroll - Loveland, Colorado

Supervise, manage and direct the recruiting organization for Kroll Government Services. Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to the recruitment team. Supervise, manage and direct the full life cycle recruiting process. Ensure compliance with employment laws and guidelines. Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates. Work as needed with parent company recruiting organization to share best practices, and coordinate on national-level initiatives.



Essential FunctionsConsult with business leaders and hiring managers to determine the most cost-effective and efficient recruiting strategies for open positions. Effectively manages recruitment processes and systems, employee referral program, coordination of recruitment efforts, utilization of selection tools, outreach and advertising efforts, military recruitment initiatives, and job fairs. Identify and monitor approved recruiting-related vendor relationships Ensure staffing & recruiting organization is marketing recruitment opportunities with appropriate diversity recruitment resources. Collect and analyze measurement data (cost per hire, applicant flow data, hires, cycle time etc.) for process improvement. Proactively assess and develop strategies for recruitment forecasting, turnover replacement and new headcount adjustments. Track and measure quality and quantity of placements to meet business needs. Develop best practices to ensure efficiency with recruitment practices & processes. Provide effective supervision and management for internal recruiters, and contractors. Create common goals and objectives for the Kroll recruiting team. Identify, develop and evaluate core recruiting skills and competencies required to build high performing, value-added recruiting team with career mobility Identify creative and cost effective resource solutions during period of extreme high volume recruit initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
B.S/B.A in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. SPHR or PHR certification in HR preferred. Must possess at least 5 years increasingly responsible recruiting experience. Minimum of 3 years of management/supervisory experience. Experience with government agencies of contracts preferred. Willingness and ability to manage a team with flexible hours, significant telecommuting, and a high level of independence. Knowledge of judicial and federal/state legislation concerning employment and labor matters. Knowledge of a wide range of recruitment strategy and techniques and a proven track record of success. Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written), strong organizational and management skills. Ability to effectively delegate. Ability to negotiate. Ability to influence clients and colleagues, deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change. Strong knowledge and ability to recommend and utilize a broad range of recruitment tools and services, particularly related to recruiting technology, to meet national recruiting needs. Ability and willingness to travel nationally to lead U.S. recruitment activities and programs Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
