The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who works independently, with a strong and accomplished record in recruiting and staff-building.

HR Director will consult with and advise executive management on growth initiatives, policies, compensation and incentive programs. This person will also direct and participate in employee programs, including incentives, training, motivation and communications, that develop and reinforce overall business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
