Director of Human Resources

Human Resources Director needed to manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department for company in Miami area. Responsibilities will include: Development and implementation of policies and procedures. Administration of employee benefits. Administration of workers compensation, unemployment compensation, C.O.B.R.A. and FMLA. Manage EEOC claims. Employee relations. Employee payroll. Recruting, Hiring, Terminations, Counseling, Performance Evaluations, Appraisals, etc. Training and Development. All other Human Resources functions as administered by company officers.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in directorship position. Experience with mediation trials and settlements. Strong and thorough knowledge of compliance. Must have BA in business or human resources. Bilingual English/Spanish helpful. Certification by Society for Human Resource Management or other helpful. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to work professionally at all times with peers, department managers, clients, and employees. Must have strong knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources. Strong supervisory skills are needed. The ability to meet strong deadlines, make key decisions, and a self starter who can work well independently.
