Working cooperatively with our Hartford Healthcare network partners and others who share our goals, Rushford strives to provide affordable, accessible services of proven effectiveness and high quality that embrace the most current research in prevention, treatment and recovery.Department: Human ResourcesSchedule: FULL TIMEShift: DAYSHours: 8am-5pmJob Details:
Bachelor Degree Required Directs all aspects of the Human Resources function including pay and benefits, employee relations, recruitment and retention, policies and procedures, and required record keeping. Provides professional expertise to Executive Management Team and consults with middle management team on general management concerns. Serves as Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, ensuring that all employment activities are conducted in a manner that does not discriminate against any protected class of individuals.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or directly related field. Master’s Degree or current enrollment in Master’s program preferred.Minimum of ten years Human Resources experience, including at least three years in a management/supervisory role. Previous experience in a human service field preferred. Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office with previous experience using an employee database. Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management, as well as both verbal and written communication.Work Environment - Typical behavioral health environment. Non-smoking. Regular exposure to individuals who may be emotionally and/or mentally unstable. Regular exposure to hot and cold temperatures and other weather conditions due to regular travel between Rushford locations.
