Director of Clinical Recruitment

HealthSouth’s Corporate office located in Birmingham, AL is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Recruitment to join our dynamic staff in Human Resources. This position will be responsible for oversight and strategic vision of the therapy, nursing, and field management recruiting functions of the Inpatient Division. He/she will be responsible for development and implementation of sourcing strategies, processes, recruitment programs, and other activities related to the attraction of top talent for the Inpatient Division. The Director of Clinical Recruitment will coordinate recruitment activities in conjunction with the clinical recruitment staff, while actively sourcing, networking and marketing quality candidates; provide guidance regarding various recruitment issues; build relationships with Operations Management; develop and mentor staff to better and more effectively recruit; and much more!
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates for this role will have at least seven years of clinical recruitment experience and at least four years of management experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in building a department from the ground up with expertise in strategic plan development and execution.
