Essential Job Functions Include:

Employee Communication – Build and manage an on-going employee communications infrastructure for culture/community building, benefits/services/company-wide policies, feedback/insight
Team Management/Mentoring/Coaching – Assist team managers in their efforts to establish goals, measure performance and productively communicate around employee strengths and weaknesses
Orientation Efforts – Evaluate existing orientation program for strengths and weaknesses. Establish and implement a plan to evolve and discipline program operations
Performance Measurement Tools – Evaluate existing goal setting, performance measurement and reward processes and tools. Refine and improve.
Training and Education – Assess training and education needs, create a first generation program and budget structure. Test, evaluate and refine.
Employee Retention – Assess gaps/risks and recommend proactive measures which can be implemented to avoid employee retention challenges
Conflict Resolution/Policy Implementation/Policy Evolution – Become the go-to person for productive resolution, as well as preventative solutions, in employee relations
