Member of Hewitt's team responsible for new client setup and ongoing monthly data processing for Hewitt's Plan Sponsor Sight (PSS).
REQUIREMENTS
Education
B.S. degree in Computer Science

Experience
1-4 years in a technology position

Required Skills
- Good Knowledge of UNIX/Shell scripting
- Strong SQL DML Skills (Select, Insert, Update, Delete)
- Process Orientation and ability to understand business requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills
- High learning agility

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ETL (Informatica) and/or Reporting (Cognos)
- Knowledge of Control-M scheduling software
- Mainframe experience
- General HR Business concepts
