Coord-HR
This position responds to employee inquiries for HR program/policy information, employee data and contact information. The incumbent participates in recruitment effort and helps coordinate the use of temporary employees (e.g. job postings, criminal background checks, drug screens, advertisements, declination letters, etc.) The position maintains employee files, requisition files, and other confidential documents in an organized and proficient manner.
Answers field employee and manager questions related to company guidelines, procedures and processes
Assists with job offer process, which could include conducting HR interviews, scheduling interviews and extending offers
Performs general administrative duties such as: making job folders, employee files, filing as well as scheduling appointments and making reservations/travel arrangements
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor degree preferred.
2 years of general Human Resources experience required.
Strong oral/written communication skills required.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong administrative skills required.
Strong organization and project management skills required.
