Contract-HR Generalist (142007-514)

The People and Performance Generalist will provide general HR project and administrative support to the Executive Director and the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position will start as a 3 month contract with the possibility to go permanent.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Essential Functions):
• Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with special projects for 3rd and 4th Quarter of 2006.
• Assist the Executive Director with the creation, rollout and delivery of a People and Performance Program for the Operations Department of CompuCredit.
• Other special projects as needed to support Human Capital Management initiatives for all P&P customers.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must bring a strong customer and administrative support mentality to the People and Performance team
• Experience administering similar programs and initiatives is a plus, but general Human Resources support experience is sufficient for success in this role.
• Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information on a continuous basis.
• Ability to work in a fast past, ever-changing environment and multi-task effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are a must, with the ability to meet strict time lines.
• Strong presentation skills are a must.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management in articulating the value of P&P programs.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar support role within the Human Resources function.
• Experience in the financial services or information technology industry is preferred.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE
• SPHR/PHR certification is a plus, but not required.

INTERACTION:

This role will work closely with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization. Therefore, the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization is a key priority in this role.
