Job Description:

The Compensation Department develops and recommends base salary and incentive programs for groups of positions throughout the company. The development of documentation and the evaluation of individual positions is also conducted.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis for compensation of various positions. Utilize survey data to assemble and prepare wage recommendations. Conduct job analysis, complete job documentation, and evaluation. Assist in the development and monitoring of multiple sales incentive and bonus programs utilized across the Walgreens Health Services Division.

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required. 2 – 3 years of compensation/benefits experience required. Incentive sales experience a plus. Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
