Essential Functions: 20% - Verifies and processes timecards.
20% - Research and reconciliation of inaccurate paychecks.
20% - Calculation and data entry of contracts.
10% - Data entry and reconciliation of employee absences.
10% - Data entry and reconciliation of TSA's and reimbursement accounts.
10% - Distributes payroll checks and reports.
10% - Data entry and verification of new hire documentation.Job Summary: Prepares, verifies, inputs and files Payroll/Compensation data, such as absences, timecards, new hires, contracts, into PeopleSoft HR/Payroll System. Distributes payroll checks to assigned colleges.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in HR/Payroll/Benefit Operations
Data entry of absence reports, timecards, contracts, new hires and working with a computerized Payroll System
Basic knowledge of Tax Sheltered Annuities (TSA's) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA's)
Performing audits on absences and paid contractsDesired Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefit experience/background with data entry of pertinent HR/Payroll/Benefit documentsSpecial Working Conditions: - Some extended hours during peak period; extended CRT viewing. Lifting up to 25 lbs.
