Job Description
On behalf of our client we are conducting a search for an outstanding compensation professional to join a 35,000 person operating company within a global $50 billion corporation. This role will have excellent visibility among U.S. and International leadership while reporting to the Director of Compensation and Benefits. The successful applicant will be responsible for the global Rewards program.
This position will primarily manage two global compensation programs:
•Annual salary planning
•Global Incentive Plan
Management of these programs includes issuance of guidelines, keeping plans on timeline, training HR practitioners in the field, technical support, analytics and audit.
This position provides further consulting and analytical support on global and U.S. based compensation programs/issues including but not limited to:
•Sales incentive plans
•Special award programs
•Protected class audit of salary plans
•FLSA compliance of key positions
•Creation of automated incentive planning tool
•Internal and external pay equity
•Compliance with U.S. labor regulations
The successful candidate will:
•Co-lead global ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) process improvement team for Rewards programs
•Act as liaison with corporate Compensation function
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following:
•5+ years experience in human resources. Prior experience with compensation programs a plus. Very strong analytical and spreadsheet (Excel) skills.
•Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount for this role.
•Must work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to deal with multiple changing priorities.
•BA/BA in human resources, business or related field. MBA preferred.
