Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Overview: Individual will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Company's Reward and Recognition Program and administration of our Executive Benefit Programs.
As the administrator of Reward and Recognition program and the Executive Benefits program, the position will provide routine program analysis to provide insight around program utilization and performance. Additionally, this position will provide analytical support to the other areas of Compensation, which includes Officer Compensation, General Compensation and Sales/Delivery Compensation.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the administration of all officer benefit programs
Act as a liaison with 3rd party plan providers to include enrollment, processing invoices, and annually reporting for the SSIP, Disability and Life Insurance plans.

Assist with annual budgeting as well as research and reconciliation of compensation variances
Responsible for quarterly preparation of Officer Benefits Statements
Reward and Recognition program administration & analysis to include processing awards, monitoring the database for new requests and maintaining inventory and bank accounts
Perform Sales and Delivery division Compensation reviews based on predefined search criteria
Assure accurate and timely participation in relevant salary surveys and analyze survey resultsRequirements:
Strong Computer skills and proficiency in the use of software including Word (mail merges), Excel (graphs and charts) and PowerPoint. Experience with MS Access a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical and critical thinking skills are key
Demonstrated organization and time management skills essential
1-3 years of experience in compensation or other HR area highly desired and BA/BS preferred
