$46,862 to $71,760 Per Year

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will assist in administering compensation programs/performance management systems, audit performance reviews, collect/analyze compensation information, perform job analyses/evaluations and provide consultation/analytical support to management.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, or a related field and approximately 3 to 6 yrs comp administration experience. Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred. Also requires knowledge of position description composition, union contract interpretation as it pertains to wage/hrs. Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws. Ability to analyze statistical data and develop recommendations, and utilize computer applications (HRIS).
