Compensation Analyst

Assists in the development and administration of employee salary administration programs. Prepares, evaluates and analyzes salary data, job evaluations, salary surveys, job descriptions, and serves as project lead for annual merit and incentive bonus processes. Advises managers and supervisors on compensation matters and provides guidance to Human Resources staff. Conducts research as necessary to keep abreast of regulatory matters impacting company pay practices.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years compensation experience to include salaried and hourly programs preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge and experience in variable pay programs, survey analysis and preparation, salary and bonus processing, job description preparation and maintenance, salary sturcture analysis, and compliance regulations.
