Title: Client Benefits Specialist
Position Summary: Responsible for timely & accurate plan design set-up. This includes analyzing documentation and other relevant source documents, understanding system process relationships to execute the change, inputting the plan change, self-monitor work output utilizing quality and testing tools to ensure a positive end result. Will also conduct research and provide information to internal partners regarding client's benefit set-up. Additionally, will participate in special projects as needed.Position Requirements: College Degree or equivalent experience with 3 years experience. General understanding of plan benefit design; plan benefit building desired; technical oriented; must be detailed oriented; excellent analytical skills; problem solving skills; ability to multi-task; organized; work towards deadlines; customer focused; active learner.
