They fulfill the dealerships customer relations policies in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base. Working with department managers, the CSI Associate develops and administers the dealerships customer relations program. This position involves these primary areas of responsibility:Using your background in customer service or call center, help us build
our client base as a Service Coordinator! The SC handles inbound service
calls, and performs outbound courtesy service reminder calls. The purpose
of these calls is to schedule service appointments for the service
department of John Elway Toyota & Scion. No cold calling or telemarketing
is involved.Call center open M-F 7am-7pm, Sat 8am-5pm. REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience:
Recent experience in heavy public contact position.
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Must have excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
(Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must have exceptional Listening skillsRequired Education:
