COMPENSATION ANALYST – To $65K/year DOE.Flexible schedule with the option to telecommute one day per week!
Analyst will be responsible for database maintenance, to include analysis of Human Resource data related to compensation, review of job descriptions, job leveling, equity reviews, department structures, pay changes, development and maintenance of data analysis, in addition to interpretation and reporting of findings. Analyst will also be responsible for running audit queries to ensure data is updated in a timely and accurate manner to reflect internal title changes, reporting changes and terminations.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess:
• Minimum of 2-3 years applicable experience in compensation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant education.
• Candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
