Biometrics Training Specialist, Mid

Key Role: Work with a team of biometric experts to support the DoD's next generation biometric systems. Support efforts to assess biometric training needs for all relevant stakeholders from warfighter to senior leadership. Support efforts to optimize training delivery mechanisms, including classroom, distance learning, and on-the-job training. Develop training materials to improve biometric collection and processing procedures. Coordinate efforts with existing DoD training programs. Lead direct training and train-the-trainer efforts.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with training

-3+ years of experience with working in a military environment

-BA or BS degree

-DoD Secret clearance



Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with military or corporate training preferred

-Experience with biometrics systems

-Experience with working in tactical military environments



Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
