Bilingual Safety Coordinator (Agricultural)

Challenging Safety Coordinator position with an established agricultural company.
Primary functions:Provide thorough education and enforcement of safety and company policiesProvide training and conduct orientation for new hiresCoordinate and provide a variety of safety and agricultural training including but not limited to pesticide and tractor trainingMonitor worksites and report potentially unsafe work conditions or practicesAssist in maintaining an effective employee discipline and safety incentive programConduct accident and incident investigations and transport employees to medical facility when necessarySupport compliance,record keeping, documentation, and reportingAssist with other safety and human resources functions as requiredExperience in safety or agriculture not required. On-going training will be provided to the right person.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:Must be Bi-lingual, Bi-literate in English/SpanishExcellent communication skills.
