A Bi lingual Spanish HR recruiter needed in the city of Cerritos. They will be recruiting claims adjusters for a nationwide auto insurance company. Responsible for 20-25 open positions at any given time. Source and recruit candidates thru newspaper ads, internet and job fairs. Interview and screen candidates, conduct new hire orientations.

This is a direct hire/full time position with GREAT benefits offered!
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of heavy recruiting/HR experience OR 4 year degree in Human Resources with 1 year recruiting/HR experience. Bilingual in Spanish. Experience in the auto insurance industry is a plus!
