Benefits Director, US Oper. Strategic/Staff Dev.

You will direct the administration and the strategic development of Retirement and Health & Welfare plans. You will specifically design and create the benefit strategy that will enhance the attraction and retention of top developmental talent. You will develop the appropriate communication strategy and communication materials to support our employee's understanding and appreciation of our benefits program. You will manage and develop our staff of benefit managers, analysts and administrative personnel. You will handle negotiations with outside vendors and execute financial modeling to determine the financial impact of benefit changes and additions. You will also ensure all benefit programs comply with and are administered in accordance with the applicable federal and state regulations and meet internal and external key audit controls.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have a BS/BA degree. An MBA or MS degree is helpful. We require at least 10 years of benefits experience with at least 3 to 4 years of leadership experience. You must have a mixture of Health/Welfare and 401K/Pension plan experience. You also must have some strategic level benefits design and development experience. Experience in creating and presenting key financial and technical information on benefits designs, regulatory compliance issues and industry practices to senior management is required for this position. Special consideration will be given to those candidates that have a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
